This notice covers Sanjay Enishetty’s personal website and its enquiry form. Linked websites and social platforms have their own privacy notices.
What you share
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, chosen topic, business stage, preferred engagement, and a message. Your business or role and website are optional. The email includes a request reference. You must agree to share your details before sending the enquiry.
Please keep sensitive financial details, identity documents, and confidential business materials for an agreed private conversation.
How enquiries are used
Sanjay uses these details to understand your question, assess whether his experience is relevant, and respond about a possible engagement. Your enquiry is sent to Sanjay by email and is not published on the website.
The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails, book a call, or take payment. Google processes enquiry details to send the email from and to Sanjay’s Gmail address. A success message means Gmail has accepted the message for sending; it does not independently confirm inbox delivery.
Storage and service providers
The website is prepared for Vercel hosting. Gmail sends and receives enquiry emails for Sanjay. These providers process the information needed to provide their services, including technical information where applicable. You do not need to create an account or sign in.
The website does not maintain a separate enquiry database. Enquiry emails remain with Google and in Sanjay’s mailbox until removed according to their settings or manually by Sanjay. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. Records for an agreed consulting engagement may be handled separately from the initial enquiry.
Browser preferences and links
Local browser storage remembers your selected light or dark theme and whether you have paused decorative motion. No advertising pixels or optional analytics have been added to this website.
Opening a product, company, or social link takes you to that service. Its own privacy practices apply there.
Questions, corrections, and deletion requests
You can ask to review or correct your enquiry, withdraw permission for further follow-up, or request deletion. Email sanjayenishetty@gmail.com, or contact Sanjay through the enquiry form using “Others”, or through LinkedIn. Include enough context to identify your request without sharing sensitive documents.
Privacy questions and requests do not incur a consulting fee. Requests are handled personally; this website does not offer an automated account or deletion tool.
